Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

You may return the goods pre-paid up to 30 days from the date of shipment. The equipment must be in new and re-sellable condition. A re-stocking fee of 40% will apply. If you receive an incorrect or defective product you will not be responsible for return shipping or a re-stocking fee. Returns must be sent with an Authorized Return number. Contact us to request an RMA.  Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

SHIPPING

Standard orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ships same day.  Standard orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will ship next day.  Large orders that ships Freight LTL will ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping terms are FOB origin. We ship standard orders via UPS  and large orders via UPS Freight.  We don't offer 3rd party or Collect shipping. Any large order for goods that require Freight LTL shipment may incur a surcharge if the delivery address is non-commercial and/or residential and if the use of a tail-gate is requested.

WARRANTY

All dryers, filters, and drains are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for between 1 to 10 years, depending on the item.  To file a warranty claim for any product sold on www.super-dry.shop please contact us referencing the order number.
