Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We offer standard and express shipping via UPS.
We offer freight shipping via Day & Ross.
We can't ship collect using your bill-to account. 
Tailgate and appointment requests are extra.
Our prices include customs clearance charges in USA.

TARIFF SURPLUS
Beginning December 1, 2025, all shipments to the United States will include a 10% Tariff Surcharge. The surcharge is a temporary measure to offset part of the import tariffs currently applied to our products. We will continue to absorb a significant portion of these costs internally.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & CLAIMS

All shipments are considered successfully delivered when the carrier's tracking records indicate delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Carrier delivery confirmation, including any signature obtained by the carrier, constitutes proof of delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that authorized personnel are available to receive shipments and that delivered packages are properly secured upon receipt. Super Dry Systems is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unaccounted for after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Claims for missing shipments must be reported within 5 business days of the carrier's stated delivery date. If the carrier confirms that a shipment was delivered to the address provided, Super Dry Systems reserves the right to deny claims for loss occurring after delivery.

In exceptional circumstances, Super Dry Systems may provide a replacement shipment at its sole discretion. Any such replacement does not constitute an admission of liability and does not alter the customer's responsibility for shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Express shipping does not accelerate the order processing time.
We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays.
