Who is Super-Dry Systems?

We are a manufacturer of compressed air dryers for point-of-use applications.  We are specialized in helping customers solve their water and condensation problems.  We also have a deep knowledge of compressed air filtration and purification. Read more on our corporate website.

Can you help me choose the right air dryer by phone?

We recommend taking our Online Quiz to make sure that Super-Dry is a good fit for your application.  We also offer phone support: 1-888-828-1122 ext. 222.

Where is Super-Dry Systems located?

Our head office is in Montreal, Canada.  We have a 10,000 square feet facility where we do the production.  All our finished goods inventory is transferred to a 3rd party logistics partner in Harvest, Alabama.  All orders placed on our online store ships from their location.

Do you offer re-seller, distributor or wholesale discounts?

If your are a compressor, refinishing or sandblast equipment distributor and you need to order replacement kits, you are eligible for our re-seller discount. Please fill the Contact us form and indicate your website address in the notes.  Once approved you will receive a discount code.

If you are interested in promoting the Super-Dry brand in your area and become a distributor, please fill the Become a Distributor form on our corporate website.  As a distributor you will have access to our Online Distributor platform.

For high volume purchases we will transfer you to a local distributor.  If there are no local distributors in your area, we will evaluate the request.  Contact Marc Rayle marc@super-dry.com to discuss specifics.

Does Super-Dry Systems ship internationally?

We ship worldwide using your own freight forwarder.  In that case upon receiving your purchase order we will issue a pro-forma invoice and will accept wire transfers. Your purchase order must be sent to info@super-dry.com .

Will you ship using my collect UPS, FedEx or freight account?

No, we don’t ship “collect” or 3rd party.  All shipments are sent pre-paid and charge via UPS.  For large orders we can ship Freight LTL. Read more about Shipping & Returns.

Will you send me an order confirmation and tracking information?

Yes, as soon as you place an order your will receive a confirmation email.  As soon as the order leaves our logistics partner warehouse, often the same day, you will get a second email with your tracking information.

I want a status on my order, can I do it online?

Yes, you need to enter your order number (ex: 1012-02) and your email address in our Order Lookup form.

Does Super-Dry Systems offer credit terms?

We don’t offer credit terms.  We can refer you to a local distributor if you whish to obtain Net 30 credit terms.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

What are your terms of sale?

Our standard terms are FOB shipping point, prepaid.
