Where's my order?
Once the shipment is ready for pickup, the tracking number is emailed to the buyer. If you need help tracking your order, please email our shipping department referencing the six-digit order confirmation number indicated on the order confirmation.

Where's my invoice?
Invoices can be downloaded in PDF from the order confirmation sent to the buyer. If you need a copy of the invoice, please email our accounting department referencing the six-digit order confirmation number indicated on the order confirmation.

What is the order processing time?
We need 1-2 days to package your order. Express shipping does not accelerate the packaging process. Once the order is ready, we will email you the tracking information.
Can I use my own carrier?
We offer pre-paid and charge or local pickup.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Bank Transfers. We don't offer net terms.
