Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A re-stocking fee of 40% will apply. Returns must be sent with an Authorized Return Number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. International Returns (Including U.S. Customers)
All international returns must be arranged by the customer. Customers are responsible for return shipping, preparing all required customs and export documentation, and paying any associated costs, including freight charges, duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees. For returns from the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable U.S. duties or tariffs, including Section 301 tariffs. Returns that arrive with unpaid charges may result in the RMA being voided. We will provide the original commercial invoice and product details to assist with the return process, but we do not cover return shipping or customs fees.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
EXCHANGES

WARRANTY
